Surrounded by woods, forests, meadows and rivers, the Gîte
"Charme et Nature" has a magnificent garden with small ponds and two pleasant terraces
while enjoying a bucolic view of the Lesse valley. At the bottom of the garden, a small "Hansel and Gretel" type house will charm you.
Classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Wallonia", the small village of Daverdisse is a must-see in the region. The Gîte is an ideal starting point for lovers of long walks, mountain biking, excursions, cultural discoveries and gastronomy.
Famous in the village, the gîte was used as a set during the filming of the Belgian TV series "Ennemi Public" in 2016.

You are the sole occupants of the gîte, which can accommodate up to 9 people + 1 baby. The gîte has 5 bedrooms (2 double beds, 7 single beds, a baby bed), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Additional costs
- Utilities (electricity, water, heating, logs): €40/night
- Cleaning: 140€.
- Bed sheets + Bath mats (mandatory) : 90€.
Further information
- We ask for a rental guarantee of 500€, which will be reimbursed to you within 15 days of your stay in the gîte.
- Small pets are allowed provided they make a request by e-mail(info@charmeetnature.be). We will ask you to pay a supplement for the stay of your furry friends.
- A deposit of 30% is payable on the day of acceptance of your reservation. The rest of the price is to be paid 3 weeks before the beginning of your stay.
- Arrival Friday between 17:00 and 19:00 - Departure Sunday 18:00
- The interior of the gîte is completely non-smoking.
- Non-family groups are accepted on request, subject to acceptance with increased cover
- The organisation of student parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties is not allowed.
